We share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services:

• Resend, an email delivery service we use to route order form submissions to our team
• Vercel, our website hosting provider
• Google Workspace, which we use for business email

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to fulfill your request and for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as recordkeeping for completed appraisal assignments.
